How long we keep your data and why
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which we collected it.
Your name, email, password, and account settings are retained as long as your account remains active. You can update or delete this information at any time.
Records of pages visited, destinations viewed, and searches performed are kept for 12 months to improve your experience and for analytics purposes.
Your saved bookmarks, favorites, and saved travel plans are retained as long as you keep your account active.
Temporary session data used to keep you logged in is automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity or when you close your browser.
After you request account deletion, personal information (name, email, preferences) is deleted within 24 hours. Some data may be retained longer for legal reasons.
Backups and archived copies in secondary storage systems are deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
Data cached on our content delivery networks may take up to 30 days to fully purge.
Even after deletion, we may retain certain data for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
