Travel Nexus World is primarily a travel blog and information platform. We do not directly process travel bookings or payments for flights, hotels, or tours.
However, if you have made any purchases through our platform or affiliate links, this policy outlines our refund procedures.
Digital Content & Services
If you have purchased any digital content, guides, or premium services from Travel Nexus World:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
- The content must not have been substantially downloaded or used
- Refund requests must include your order number and reason
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Affiliate Link Purchases
When you purchase through our affiliate links (hotels, flights, tours, etc.):
Refund Responsibility
Refunds are handled directly by the merchant (hotel, airline, tour operator). Travel Nexus World is not responsible for processing these refunds.

Please contact the original service provider directly for refund requests related to bookings made through their platform.
Our Commission
If a booking is refunded, our affiliate commission is also reversed. We do not retain any commission from cancelled bookings.

Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
